Subscriptions and credits

Starriva offers paid access through the mobile app. Available offers may include a weekly auto-renewing subscription and one-time credit packs. A subscription is not required when a one-time pack is offered. Check the purchase screen for the price, credits, billing period, renewal terms and any promotional trial that applies to you.

Subscription credits

Subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period and do not carry forward. Canceling renewal does not immediately end access: eligible access and unused subscription credits remain available until the current paid period ends, unless the account is deleted or access is restricted under the Terms.

One-time credit packs

One-time pack credits do not expire while your Starriva account remains active. Deleting the account permanently removes any remaining balance. Restore Purchases cannot recover credits removed through account deletion.

Failed or blocked generations

Credits charged for a task that fails or is blocked before producing a result are returned automatically. A completed result that differs from your expectations is not necessarily a failed task. If you believe a return is missing, contact Support with the approximate time, task information if available, and a screenshot of the issue.

Prices and offers

The offer displayed before purchase controls your price and included credits. The website does not take payments or promise a free trial to every user.
