Leave Starriva and remove account data
You can delete your Starriva account in the app or request deletion of associated server-side account data through the website. Account deletion is permanent.
Decide what you want to remove
- Any unused subscription credits and one-time credit-pack balance will be permanently lost.
- Restore Purchases cannot restore credits removed through account deletion.
- Deleting your Starriva account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
- If a subscription is still set to renew, cancel automatic renewal in Google Play first. You do not need to wait for the current subscription period to end before deleting the account.
If you still have the app
- Open Starriva and go to the account settings.
- Choose Delete Account.
- If prompted, cancel automatic renewal through Google Play.
- Review the permanent effects and confirm deletion.
Deleting the account in the app also clears locally stored stars, uploads, stories, episodes, and generated results from that device.
If you no longer have access to the app
Visit starriva.com/delete-account or email [email protected].
- If you connected Google Sign-In, send the request from the connected Google email address.
- If you did not connect Google Sign-In, include the relevant Google Play order number so the purchase identity can be verified.
- Never send a password, verification code, payment-card number, or government identity document.
After verification, Starriva Studio completes the server-side deletion request within seven days and usually sooner. Limited order, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where necessary.
An external request cannot erase files that remain locally on a device. Use Starriva's Clear All Data option or uninstall the app to remove local creative assets.
Returning later
You may later create a new Starriva account with the same Google account, but deleted account data, creative assets, and credits will not return.
