Starriva AI Content and Safety Policy

Starriva is an AI character and movie creation service provided by Starriva Studio, based in Hong Kong. It is designed for original entertainment and storytelling—not for harming, exploiting or deceiving people.

This Policy applies to the photos, prompts and other material you submit, the generations you request, the results you keep or share, and your conduct when using Starriva.

1. Use people only with permission

You may use an identifiable person's likeness only when you have the rights and informed permission needed for the intended use.

Do not use Starriva to:

• create a reusable star from another person's likeness without permission;
• generate content featuring a celebrity, influencer, political figure or other public figure;
• impersonate someone to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit or damage them;
• present AI-generated content as authentic evidence when doing so would mislead or harm; or
• violate privacy, publicity, likeness or other personal rights.

2. Protect children

Starriva is intended for users aged 18 and above. An adult may use an ordinary family photo involving a minor only with authorization from the parent or legal guardian and only for lawful, non-sexual, non-exploitative and non-dangerous content.

Starriva must never be used to create, request, possess or share:

• child sexual abuse material;
• sexualized, exploitative or fetishized depictions of a minor;
• grooming, coercion, trafficking or blackmail involving a minor;
• content encouraging a minor to engage in dangerous or illegal behavior; or
• attempts to evade these rules by altering a person's apparent age.

3. No nudity or sexualized content

Do not create nudity, pornography, clearly sexualized material, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content or content intended to humiliate, extort or control another person.

4. No fraud or deceptive impersonation

Do not create scams, phishing material, fraudulent endorsements, forged documents, fabricated evidence, deceptive political or election media, or impersonations intended to obtain money, information, access or influence through deception.

5. No hate, harassment or threats

Do not create content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on a protected characteristic, targets someone with sustained harassment, contains a credible threat, encourages violence, or praises or materially supports violent extremist activity.

6. Violence, self-harm and dangerous behavior

Moderate, non-graphic action, pursuit, suspense or fictional danger may be permitted. Graphic gore, dismemberment, extreme violence, credible threats, encouragement of self-harm, dangerous stunts and conduct likely to cause serious injury are prohibited.

7. No illegal or seriously harmful activity

Do not use Starriva to facilitate illegal weapons, controlled substances, human exploitation, malware, theft, evasion of law enforcement or other serious wrongdoing. Do not attempt to bypass Starriva's safeguards.

8. Respect creative and intellectual-property rights

Official Starriva stories use original names and materials created or generated for Starriva. Broad genres, moods and storytelling ideas may inspire an original creation.

Do not upload or directly recreate protected footage, music, dialogue, scripts, characters, costumes, logos, franchise assets or distinctive scenes unless you own them or have permission. A request to reproduce protected elements may be limited or blocked by Starriva or an underlying model.

9. AI results and provenance

AI results can be inaccurate, unexpected or inconsistent. Review a result before saving, publishing or relying on it. Do not use an AI result as professional advice, proof that an event occurred or an authentic statement by a depicted person.

Starriva does not intentionally add an obvious Starriva-branded watermark to every result. An underlying model may add its own watermark, label or provenance information, which you must not misuse or remove in violation of applicable terms or law.

10. Safety measures and credit returns

Starriva and its providers may use automated safeguards to limit prohibited prompts, inputs or outputs. Starriva does not promise that every submission or result is reviewed by a person.

If a request is blocked before producing a result, the credits charged for that task are returned automatically.

11. Report a result

Use the in-app Report option on a generated result. You may select:

• pornographic or sexually suggestive content;
• content involving a minor;
• unauthorized use of a person's likeness;
• fraud or impersonation;
• violence or hate;
• self-harm; or
• other.

You may add a written explanation and supporting screenshot. Submitting a report uploads the reported result and included screenshot to Starriva Support for review.

For copyright, likeness, privacy or safety complaints outside your own account, email [email protected]. Do not include passwords, verification codes, full payment-card information or unrelated sensitive information.

12. Enforcement and appeals

Starriva Studio may block a request, prevent generation, warn a user, restrict a feature, remove server-side evidence where appropriate, limit or terminate access, preserve necessary evidence or notify appropriate authorities where reasonably required for safety, law or platform compliance.

Appeals relating to a generation block, report, content decision or account restriction may be sent to [email protected]. We do not guarantee a specific response time.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as Starriva's features, safeguards, legal requirements or platform rules change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
