Copyright, likeness and safety complaints

Email [email protected] to report a copyright, likeness, impersonation, privacy or safety concern.

Include a brief description, a link or other information identifying the material if available, why you believe your rights or safety are affected, and a contact address for a reply. If you act for another person or rights holder, explain your authorization. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify and assess the complaint.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details, government identity documents or unrelated private material. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse imagery; describe where it can be identified instead.

For a result in your own Starriva account, the in-app Report option is also available. To appeal a prior decision, reply to the existing support conversation and explain what you would like reviewed.

We assess reports under the AI Content and Safety Policy. Sending a report does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
